MITX’s FutureM is an intellectual marketing mash-up: a five day long offering of events, discussions and parties throughout the Greater Boston area. FutureM brings the community together to contemplate and celebrate the future of marketing, and Massachusetts’ role in helping to realize it.
In addition to all 50+ amazing events happening throughout the week, don’t forget to experience the following FutureM activities:
Stop by the Official FutureM headquarters at Hill Holliday (53 State Street in downtown Boston), featuring free wi-fi, comfortable meeting space, Dunkin' Donuts coffee and refreshments, a Microsoft Kinect for Xbox 360 playroom; and a book signing by Frank Rose, one of FutureM’s keynote speaker and author of “The Art of Immersion: How the Digital Generation Is Remaking Hollywood, Madison Avenue, and the Way We Tell Stories. ” Hill Holliday is open to FutureM passholders throughout the week of September 12 - 16, from 9am to 5pm. A FutureM check-in desk will be located in the lobby for passholders who wish to use the HH Headquarters.

Join the largest celebration of marketing innovation all week at Opening Night on Monday September 12th! The festivities will end in a networking party and begin with a welcome from the Mayor of Boston, Thomas M. Menino, and four mini keynotes from the four internationally renowned speakers: a Cannes Lion Festival speaker and Director of Contagious - Jessica Greenwood; the SVP of Marketing for ESPN and one of Fast Company's 100 Most Creative People in Business in 2011 - Carol Kruse; a Wired Magazine contributor and Author of The Art of Immersion - Frank Rose; and the Chief Innovation Officer for VivaKi - Rishad Tobaccowala. In addition, attendees will enjoy a wonderful donation from Sam Adams; beer! Opening Night begins at 5pm on Monday, September 12th at the Back Bay Events Center.
